Bumper Car - OLLO

Hola a tod@s, aquí os dejo un vídeo de otro robot que he realizado con OLLO, es un coche de choque.




Las partes más importantes que he utilizado en el robot son:

• Geared Motor: hace que las ruedas giren
• CM-100: Es el controlador, en él se encuentran el interruptor, el sensor y es la parte donde se conectan los demás sensores
• Compartimento de pilas: lugar donde se colocan las pilas
• Sensores de contacto: Tienen la función de hacer que el robot haga marcha atrás, gire y siga hacia delante cuando el robot choque
• Ruedas: hacen que el robot se mueva más fácilmente

A continuación os dejo una pregunta que había en el manual de instrucciones para responderla y repasar inglés

Crossing Gate - OLLO

Hola a tod@s, aquí os dejo un vídeo en el que os explico un robot que he hecho y en el que además aprenderemos robótica e inglés

Las partes más importantes que he utilizado en el robot son:

• El servo motor: Hace que se mueva la barrera
• El compartimento de pilas: lugar donde se colocan las pilas
• CM-100: Es el controlador, en él se encuentran el interruptor, el sensor y es la parte donde se conectan los demás sensores
• Led: Son unas luces que se encienden y se apagan según las órdenes que le demos al controlador
• Cable: Conecta los sensores

A continuación os dejo unas preguntas que había en el manual de instrucciones para responderlas y repasar inglés

Q1. Llene los espacios en blanco para completar las siguientes oraciones

Nos referimos a los ordenadores en los dispositivos eléctricos y robots que no podemos ver como "controladores". El controlador OLLO tiene conectores utilizados para conectar dispositivos accesorios. Son los llamados "puertos"

Q2. La siguiente figura es el controlador de OLLO, el CM-100. Dibuja una línea desde cada dispositivo a su puerto correspondiente

Pacheco's Planet - The Story

Hi everybody,

This is our new planet and it's called Pacheco Planet.

It 's placed on the Twin Mice Galaxy. 245 millions of kilometres from the Earth.
It has got 3 moons and 2 eyes. It's a multicolour, big and very special planet.

A lot of years ago Luis Alberto, José, Antonio and me were bored and thought about the possibility of travel to space and play paintball there.

We take a rocket and travel for infinity and beyond. Some days later there wasn’t gravity and we went out of the rocket and started to play paintball. When we were 7 centuries playing we looked at the planet and it was spotted paint and there were a lot of volcanos that eject paint of different colors.

The animals were so big and they walked around the planet. There were born a lot of animals and creatures like the Pegasus, the Wolf Man and the Komodo’s Dragon. In the snow zones there are penguins, polar bears and Mammoths. In desert zones, there are snakes, scorpions and a lot of insects.

Unit 1: Geography - waterways

Here you are some information about waterways.

We start with some vocabulary

Waterfall: cascada

canal: canal

stream: riachuelo

river: río

aqueduct: acueducto

rapids: rápidos

Do you know much about canal locks?

A lock canal used to raise or lower the water level, so two bodies of water are at the same level and boats can pass.


Do you know much about movable bridges?

A bascule bridge is a moveable bridge with a counterweight that continuously balances a span, or "leaf," throughout its upward swing to provide clearance for boat traffic. It may be single or double leafed.

A swing bridge is a movable bridge. Its primary structural support is a vertical locating pin and support ring,  about which the turning span can then pivot horizontally.

Gateshead Milennium Bridge

The Rolling Bridge is a type of curling movable bridge completed in 2004.

At first balance it's just a simple wood and steel walkway on one of the channels to the north of Paddington. But it is probably the most original London Bridge.The Rolling bridge is a unique design by Thomas Heatherwick. When activate it, this simple footbridge transforms itself, like a snake, into a perfect octagon -- rather resembling a hamster wheel. Operates every Friday at 12:00 hrs.
